"Hug Yourself"


"Hug Yourself "  is a stretching exercise whose purpose is to stretch certain shoulder and upper back muscles.  Start the stretch by placing your right hand (or your left) on your left shoulder and your left hand on your right elbow.  To perform the stretch push in with your right hand and hold for at least 5 seconds.   Repeat with the other arm.
