"Shoulder Rotation Stretch"
The "Shoulder Rotation Stretch" is a stretching exercise whose purpose is to stretch certain of your shoulder and upper back muscles now so you won't hurt them later (i.e. prior to activity). The starting position is with your arms behind your back with your palms facing each other. The exercise is done by pushing your hands up, over your head. At the same time let your body naturally bend forward at the waist. This position should be held for at least 5 seconds.
