"Shoulder Shrug with
High Reach"
"Shoulder Shrug with High Reach" is a stretching exercise whose purpose is to stretch the muscles of the upper back and shoulders before begining active exercise. The starting position is with your feet together and with your raised above your head. The stretch is performed by raising up on your toes and reaching as high as you can -- as if to pull yourself off the ground. Hold for at least 5 seconds.
