"Single-leg Stretch"
The "Single-leg Stretch" is a stretching exercise whose purpose is to stretch the muscles around your knees and back of your legs now so you won't hurt them later (i.e. prior to activity). The starting position is with your right (or left) leg crossed in front of the other leg and your weight on the rear (un-crossed) leg. When starting the stretch, reach behind the rear leg as low as you can comfortably reach and hold that position for at least 5 seconds. Repeat with the other leg in front.
