"Trunk Twisters"
"Trunk Twisters" is a flexibility exercise whose purpose is to develop flexibility of the lower stomach and upper hip muscles. The starting position is with your feet together and with your right hand on your left shoulder and your left hand on your right shoulder (your arms will be crossed in front of your chest). The exercise is done by first turning to the left (or right -- direction doesn't matter) and then directly turning to the opposite direction. Do not let your feet twist, but keep them pointing straight ahead. Do twenty repetitions (ten to each side).
